The Landscape Warranty & Customer Service Specialist will monitor, document, and diagnose partially complete and completed projects with the goal of increasing communication and reducing warranty costs.
Responsibilities
- Visit job sites during all seasons
- Identify plants that are damaged, stressed, infested - diagnose and document suggested treatment and cause
- Communicate with the Sales team all warranty issues
- Download photos and document weekly
- Work and communicate cohesively with sales/production team and clients
- Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications
- Plant Identification knowledge
- Degree or experience in Landscape Construction
- Ability to read plans and blueprints
- Fluent in English & Spanish - both written and spoken, preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures for planting, edging, mulching & lawn installation, along with the construction of various retaining walls and paving installation.
- Residential and/or commercial landscaping experience (1 year).
- Valid MI state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary which may include evenings and weekends.
- Must be detail-oriented and quality-driven.
- Must have the ability to think proactively, plan, and problem-solve.
This position will also require you to work our snow program in the winter months.
