Position description:
The position of Project Manager is a key leadership role within the company. In this position you are responsible for managing field operations within the Landscape Construction and Installation Division on designated projects. You help coordinate the procurement and scheduled use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines, and quality standards. You promote the growth and development of Crew Leaders and all Field Team Members and assists them in carrying out their responsibilities as needed. You will Coordinate the use of resources within other divisions and lend support to operational activities for the entire Company. Working in conjunction with other Team Members to produce customer billings/invoices and job records for job costing. For some of these items, there is a detailed procedure for maintaining and ensuring production performance. While this description is intended to provide as much detail as possible, the overall performance duties of the Senior Project Manager are the effective oversight and successful management of the landscape department in line with company goals and values. Periodic adjustment to specific responsibilities will be necessary as dictated by company growth.
