Position Overview
As the Landscape Production Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management and oversight of multiple crews engaged in landscape maintenance, design-build projects, and snow operations at our Green Lake branch location. In this role, you will lead, manage, and hold your team accountable, cultivating a culture of trust, respect, and accountability. Your leadership will be key in aligning team and individual goals with the company’s strategic objectives. This position demands a strong leader with a focus on accountability, team development, and efficient project management to ensure the branch's success and contribute to the company's broader goals.
You will oversee the crews, equipment, vendors/materials, and subcontractors on each of your Foreman’s projects, balancing company resources and project objectives to deliver a finished product on time and on budget that meets quality standards. The Landscape Production Manager will work with the Operations Manager & HR Generalist to recruit and screen prospective team members, ensuring quality candidates are pursued and onboarded effectively, further strengthening the respective teams. You will provide coaching to your team, building their skills and increasing their efficiency to help them produce Landmark Quality work.
As the Production Manager you will maintain a safe, clean, organized working environment preventing, identifying and addressing potential hazards & communicating needs when it comes to our physical work environment. You will work with production teams to identify needs, assisting the Operations Manager in the development of annual operating budgets and compiling capital asset requests for branch production divisions, creating an annual spending plan that aligns with company goals and direction.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in landscape/ construction industry
- 2+ years of experience with leading teams
- Proficient in landscape operations software, apps, word processing and spreadsheets
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Ability to walk/ stand for majority of the day
