Project Specific Responsibilities
Prospect Bid Preparation
- Review RFP/Scope of works with Landscape Department Manager
- Prepare and submit RFI where applicable
- Complete material take offs per provided design drawings
- Manage all preliminary bid documentation
- Request material pricing quotes
- Identify cost saving opportunities
- Coordinate with Department Field managers to include internal team input on project bidding
- Prepare bid proposals for review with Landscape Construction Manager

Job Scheduling
- Coordinate with Project Management Team to ensure all materials/resources are in place
- Manager consolidated department schedule
- Manage weekly communication with Client regarding schedule updates
Project Change Order Management
- Prepare all necessary change orders due to design revisions or additional client requests
- Manage client submission and approval
- Manage all internal CLL Change order correspondence and documentation
Project Billing
- Provide Landscape Department Manager/Accounts necessary information for billing as per project billing requirements noted in preconstruction meeting.
- % Completion based on review of materials purchased to date and summary of labour hours
Job Costing
- Review and track job costs throughout the duration of the project and provide summary updates to Landscape Department Manager
- Frequency of updates to be discussed and documented during pre-construction meeting
- Identify and address any cost overruns or underestimations
- Final job costing summary to be presented and reviewed with internal team
Project Completion Management
Conduct internal review with Project Manager to insure all contractual requirements and additional Change Orders are completed
Role Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Police Record
- Ability to read landscape plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, BCM, etc)
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position preferred
- Proficient in related software
- Microsoft Office
- Bluebeam Revenue
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaison with clients, internal team, and interdisciplinary contractors on projects
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
