Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and clients along with excellent record keeping in CRM.
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospects and clients including property management companies with regular and continuous contact and highest customer service.
- Prepare profitable and reasonable proposals and estimates with high close rate.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry gatherings to promote the company and develop new business.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Understand market trends, customers, and competitors to recommend effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare periodic reports and collaborate with top management and other key departments, including operations, to meet customer needs.
- Effectively use cutting-edge technology, CRM tools, and lead tracking.
- Demonstrate the company values of respect, courtesy, and accountability including prompt follow up on communications and arrive on time for customer appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the restoration or similar industries.
- At least 5 years of successful marketing, business development, and customer retention with proven results.
- Strong network and ability to leverage existing large-scale commercial and property management clients/contacts for business development.
- Demonstrated sales success and ability to manage and grow a client portfolio.
- Track record of high client retention and achieving and exceeding established goals, KPIs, and strategic and tactical plans.
