As the Landscape Account Manager at Rine Landscape Group, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for our maintenance division's contracted and prospective accounts. This role will liaise with our Maintenance Production Manager and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure services are delivered profitably while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Landscape Account Manager include:
- Foster positive client relationships, including ensuring contract renewals;
- Identify opportunities to enhance the landscape maintenance services, by managing enhancement sales;
- Coordinate client transition from installation projects to maintenance performance;
- Complete quality audits promptly;
- Prepare and present proposals professionally, adhering to company standards;
- Respond promptly to all client inquiries and requests for proposals;
- Maintain records and track all proposals in progress, ensuring timely follow-up;
- Keeps records and tracks all ongoing proposals, ensuring timely follow-up to optimize sales opportunities;
- Manages the Aspire database, containing information on current, prospective, and past clients, to bolster marketing and sales initiatives.
Requirements for the Landscape Account Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- 2+ years of account management experience required;
- Some Horticulture and or Landscaping experience required;
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
- Previous experience in transportation preferred but not required;
- Basic computer skills;
- Knowledge of Aspire software preferred, not required;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
