As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and passionate Snow & Landscape Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Opportunity:
As the Snow & Landscape Operations Manager, you will oversee our Residential Maintenance Department and manage snow and landscape operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring schedules, ensuring teams are equipped and prepared, managing field operations, and leading your team to success. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect and ensuring a safe, efficient, and effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily operations both in the field and at our facility.
- Ensure teams are fully prepared with necessary equipment, tools, and resources for each assignment.
- Review and manage route sheets, work orders, and scheduling for maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine site visits to assess team performance, work quality, and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate weekly departmental meetings focused on safety, performance, and team goals.
- Provide on-site coaching, counseling, and training to improve team effectiveness.
- Monitor weather conditions for snow and ice events, coordinating timely and efficient responses.
- Manage communications with employees, subcontractors, and temporary workers regarding operational needs.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR on staffing levels, employee performance, and compensation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lawn/landscape maintenance.
- Solid understanding of snow management, including plowing, salting, and operating heavy equipment.
- Proficient knowledge of plant and landscape materials, maintenance techniques, and related technology.
- Valid Chauffeur’s License with a clean driving record.
- Valid Michigan DOT Card.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, bend, and perform other physical tasks as required.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work full-time with seasonal variation.
Preferred:
- Additional certifications or experience in landscape or snow management.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, plus performance bonuses.
