Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in landscape maintenance services; required
· At least 3 years of proven sales experience; required.
· Proven experience in sales, preferably within the landscaping or related industry.
· Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, materials, and techniques is a plus.
· Valid Driver’s License, in good standing, and clean driving record; required

· Competitive annual salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00, plus commission.

Key Responsibilities As our Landscape Sales & Account Manager, you will play a vital role in our success. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Present and pitch landscape services to prospective clients, highlighting unique offerings and solutions.
· Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and contracts tailored to client needs and budget constraints.
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, address client feedback, and offer recommendations for improvement or additional services.
· Proactively manage client property portfolio by identifying concerns and areas for improvement.
· Responsible for scheduling site walk-throughs to evaluate the property and provide quarterly analysis of property to the client.
