Landscape Maintenance Manager
A well-established high-end residential landscaping company is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee lawn and landscape maintenance crews
- Efficiently schedule routes and projects
- Achieve time and material budgets
- Oversee the production of high-quality work
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Oversee the maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Represent the company in a professional manner
Requirements
- Sufficient experience in the lawn and landscaping industry
- Sufficient management experience
- Strong knowledge of relevant vehicles and equipment
- Strong working knowledge of mowing and landscape maintenance operations
- Ability to work unsupervised and with a team
- Must be a team player
- Capable of managing projects and delegating responsibilities to members of the crew
- Able to complete projects on schedule in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent time management ability
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary to commensurate with experience and knowledge $65,000 - $85,000
