The Landscape Sales Account Manager drives client satisfaction and sales to maintain and grow our customer base. This role focuses on developing and improving professional relationships with area land developers, builders, municipalities, commercial contractors, and some residential property owners to support and secure landscape installation, maintenance and enhancement sales and contract renewals. You must convert leads to clients, maintain positive client relationships and ensure complete satisfaction. Performance Bonus potential is up to 40% of annual salary.
Responsibilities
Client Satisfaction
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by establishing credibility and trust
- Resolve client issues quickly to secure contract renewals and future work
- Perform property walks and quality checks to ensure client expectations are met
Outside Sales
- Identify, investigate and initiate relationships with prospective leads
- Follow up on all leads in a timely and effective manner
- Propose enhancement and maintenance opportunities to clients and leads
- Generate accurate and profitable estimates aligned with company financial goals

Requirements
Associate’s degree in business, horticulture or a related field preferred
2-3 years related industry experience
Basic computer, software and CRM skills
Valid FL Driver’s License
Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs on a regular and consistent basis, move about the work site
Requires extended periods of activity including walking, standing, kneeling, bending and lifting, up to 100% of a workday
