Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead landscape crews to complete residential and commercial projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and management to coordinate tasks and meet project goals.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks to ensure productivity, safety, and adherence to timelines.
- Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety practices.
- Operate and oversee the maintenance of landscaping equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Inspect worksites to ensure quality, adherence to designs, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Address project challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Represent Legacy Landscaping professionally with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or Crew Leader in residential and commercial landscaping.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and mentor crews while maintaining high morale and productivity.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordinating with clients and teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment (skid steers, excavators, compactors, etc.) and ensuring proper maintenance.
- Project Coordination: Experience in planning and executing landscape projects, including scheduling, task management, and quality control.
- Licenses: Valid Driver's License required.
- Work Ethic: A hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering quality work and setting an example for the team.
